Piano and Flute Fundraiser for Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami Survivors

Please join Rose Charities and the Association of Medical Doctors of Asia (AMDA) for an evening of classical music by acclaimed Vancouver-born Japanese pianist Rutsuko Yamagishi and flautist Chieko Konishi. All funds raised will support a health centre in Iwate prefecture to benefit the survivors of the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. A special presentation will be made by AMDA emergency response volunteer Dr. Toku Takahashi who has just returned from a tour of duty in the affected region.

The concert will take place on April 25th at Christ Church Cathedral on the corner of Burrard and West Georgia. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., concert starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets:
Adults:
$25 advance / $35 door
Students/Children: $10 advance / $15 door

Note: If you donate $25 or more through Canada Helps to Rose Charities and bring your receipt with you, your ticket will only be $10 at the door. That way you can get a tax receipt for your donation.
